And Heaven it was! Mom, Dad and Auntie Noelle granted my wish and took Jack to the park while I took a much needed and much appreciated siesta today. Tommy was stuck at work for a 12 hour shift so Jack and I spent the day in town. Lots of sun, playing outside and hangin' around the BBQ.
I'm just about 35 weeks pregnant today. I don't *feel* that big, but then I see pictures like this and realize why getting sleep at night is impossible (there is no comfortable sleeping position anymore) and why I've outgrown most of my maternity clothes. Jack told us today that his baby sister (he is sure it's a sister) will be here in four days. Even though it would be nice to have the baby out that soon, I think he or she should stay in there at least a couple more weeks. This mama still has to pack the hospital bag, get the car seat ready and just prepare in general!
And I suppose we should narrow down our names. Today I'm liking June Elizabeth for a girl. The boy names? We are having a little trouble agreeing on any. Soooooo....
Anywhoo - Jack is asking for a story before bed, and heck, it's 8pm already!? I better get going.
